Refund and Return Policy

LayerForge products are made-to-order and quality checked before dispatch. We accept returns only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Return Window

• Report issues within 48 hours of delivery
• Share order ID, photos of the product, and outer packaging

Eligible Cases

• Product arrives broken, cracked, or visibly defective
• Wrong product/size/color was delivered

Non-Eligible Cases

• Change of mind after order confirmation
• Minor texture or finish variations typical of 3D printed products
• Damage caused after delivery due to misuse or mishandling

Refund Process

• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method
• Refund timeline: 5-7 business days after approval
