Orders can be cancelled within a short window before production or dispatch begins.

Cancellation Window

• Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement
• Once production/packaging starts, cancellation may not be possible

How to Cancel

• Contact support with your order ID as early as possible
• Cancellation status will be confirmed after order-stage verification

Refund on Approved Cancellation

• If cancellation is approved, refund is initiated to original payment method
• Refund timeline: 5-7 business days after approval

Non-Cancellable Cases

• Orders already shipped or marked out for delivery
• Custom or made-to-order variants that have entered production
